Asian Happiness has its operations based on some delivery and return policies. All these policies are crucial for everyone to understand before ordering from our store. Without adhering to these policies, there might be complications later, and therefore, it is advised to know these policies first before proceeding to order anything from here.
We Deliver in 5 to 10 days
Asian-Happiness ships out orders in Singapore as well as to multiple countries throughout Asia. We take a minimum time period of 5 to 10 days to deliver orders. We keep all our packages confidential, and hence, we never include any sort of details on the pack. We receive overseas payments through Debit cards, Credit cards, PayPal, and Bankware.
We Keep you Posted about your Shipment Details
We permit our customers to update their mobile number, address, pin code, order number etc. The processing of the order will be done only when your postal address and payment receipt will be verified.

Report Us within 48 hours for a Wrong Product
For canceling an order related to a wrong product, we have to be informed within 48 hours from the time of order. However, if we are not informed within this time period, we will not accept any order cancellation.
No Refund, We Only Replace Products
If there is any wrong product, we accept requests for return by means of a call or an email. But no request for money refund will be taken.
Damage by the user not to be Considered
We do not accept return order cases where the product has been damaged by the customer. If it gets shipped undamaged from our end, no return order will be taken.
